at the bottom of our forum page where u see the 510bay pic and it says "who is online" it shows latest to person to join,the color code of ranks,who is online currently, and noticed that the light blue is either "no posts" or mainly "guest/visitor" which means the can or i should say;they did join the site BUT are not in the clan but jus a part of our website forum gaming community.
